Day 20
Wednesday

Well let's see.  I slept plentiful enough and for a late breakfast I ate the rest of my Mr. Goodcents sandwich. It was a little over a mouthful.  I then cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed the living room and finished laundry.  Camron got off for lunch and we had left over thin crust pizza that had veggies, light sauce and cheese on it.  I only had one piece.  So yummy.  Then at 3 I decided it was time to workout.  Went to the gym where I ran a little over 2.5 miles and burned over 200 calories.  I switched between the elliptical and the treadmill.  Speed walking on the treadmill is all I can do without killing my knee and the elliptical I go all out on.  I worked up quite a sweat.  I then did some weights on my arms.  Really need to tone/lose those suckers.

Following the workout I chilled for a bit then decided to make my Grandma's Chicken and Dumplings!!  It was a success!!  Camron thoroughly enjoyed them.  I'm considering whether or not to post the recipe.  The dumplings can be made into spatzel and that recipe my grandma had from her mother from Germany.
