I would like to again add to that stupid quote from yesterday.  LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT EASY!!  You have to change so many things you are use to in order to lose what you want.  IT SUCKS!  P.S. I weighed myself for the first time in what...3 weeks? NO CHANGE!  :(  


I rode the bike again today.  10 miles in 27.55 minutes.  I burned 134 calories.  So far I have only eaten 249 calories.  Grrr.  I am using the myfitness app to keep myself on track.  


I have a friend who suggested I eat protein bars, lots of veggies, plain sandwiches on whole grain bread and don't eat out.  Well I have the don't eat out part down :(  I'm not miserable...I'm frustrated.  I'm tired of trying and having NOTHING happen.  I agree that the fact I haven't GAINED anything is a plus and achievement.  


Well I'm sure before the day is out I will workout again.  I need to do arms and the elliptical this evening.
