Day 35
"Losing weight is easy.  Being motivated enough to do so then sticking with it through completion is the hard part." --Jurine Lewis


Contrary to this quote, I don't believe that losing weight is easy.  I believe that gaining the weight is the easiest part where losing it is unbelievably hard!  But the second half I totally agree with! 


This morning I biked 8 miles in 22 minutes at a level 4 and speed of 85 (average).  Calories I think were in the 200s but I forgot to check.  Oh well.  I am pretty tired...pretty sure it has to do with the fact I took a antihistamine before bed last night and now I'm drowsy.  Lovely :(  


I am still stoked about starting my new job soon.  I'm still hoping I can start next week though.  


Later...I did 4 miles in 40.36 minutes on the elliptical and burned 402 calories.   I was on a roll!  


I had whole wheat pasta for dinner with hunts tomato sauce and some boiled chicken, slightly breaded.
